1. Service Description

TVRaptor provides subscription-based IPTV streaming with live channels, VOD, and EPG via IBO Player on a single authorized device.

2. Account Registration

Provide accurate information
Maintain credential confidentiality
Must be 18+ or legal age in Belgium
Report unauthorized use to [email protected]

3. Subscription Plans

Basic	1 Month	8.99 EUR
Standard	3 Months	20.99 EUR
Plus	6 Months	32.99 EUR
Premium	12 Months	50.99 EUR

Subscriptions activate immediately. No auto-renewal unless stated.

4. Refund Policy

All sales final after activation. Exceptions for 72h+ outages (pro-rata credit) or duplicate charges (full refund). Requests within 7 days to [email protected].

5. Acceptable Use

Personal, non-commercial viewing only. No sharing, reselling, re-streaming, or circumventing access controls. Violations result in termination without refund.

6. Device Limitation

One device at a time via IBO Player exclusively. No third-party app support.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Not liable for outages beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

Content belongs to respective owners. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable viewing license.

9. Privacy

10. Termination

We may terminate accounts for violations without refund. You may cancel by emailing us; access continues until period ends.

11. Disclaimer

SERVICE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES.

12. Liability

Total liability shall not exceed amount paid in 30 days preceding claim.

13. Governing Law

Governed by laws of Belgium.
