All purchases final after activation. Immediate digital access means no refunds post-activation. Try our Try 1 Month first.

Verified outage 72+ hours: pro-rata credit. Must be our infrastructure. Request within 14 days.

2.2 Duplicate Charge

Full refund of duplicates. Proof may be required. Processed in 5-10 business days.

3. Not Eligible

• Changed mind
• Wrong plan purchased
• Your internet/device issues
• Account suspended for violations
• Unused subscription period
• Content library changes

4. How to Request
